This Privacy Policy explains how Eminent AI Labs ("we," "our," or "us"), through our proprietary learning management platform SplanDesk, collects, uses, and safeguards user information.

This policy applies specifically to the EduCraft Academy mobile application and associated web services developed for and operated by EduCraft Academy.

We collect only the minimum information required to deliver core educational and administrative features:

• Account & Profile Information: Names, official email addresses, phone numbers, institution names, branch details, and login roles (administrators, teachers, and enrolled students).
• Academic & Operational Data: Timetables, course syllabi, attendance records, exam scores, OMR evaluation data, and batch/group assignments.
• AI & Assistant Interactions: Prompts, queries, and operational instructions submitted to Manasvi AI to assist with administrative and learning workflows.
• OAuth Credentials: Secure authentication tokens strictly required when an educator connects YouTube for live lecture broadcasts.

The EduCraft Academy app requests access only to the hardware features necessary for educational tasks:

• Camera: Used strictly when requested by the user to capture OMR answer sheets for evaluation, upload institutional logos, or deliver live interactive classroom sessions. We do not access the camera in the background.
• Microphone: Used exclusively during live classroom sessions, webinars, and lecture broadcasts.
• Storage / Photos / Media: Used strictly to allow users to select and upload document attachments, assignment files, OMR sheets, or profile logos.
• Data Not Collected: We do not collect device location (GPS), device identifiers (IMEI/advertising IDs), contacts, or background diagnostic telemetry.

We maintain a strict zero-sale policy:

• No Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize personal data or educational records under any circumstances.
• No Third-Party Analytics SDKs: We do not integrate third-party ad networks, tracking trackers, or Firebase analytics SDKs.
• Content Storage: Video lectures and classroom recordings are securely stored on private cloud media infrastructure (Bunny.net) solely for on-demand playback by authorized students and teachers. No personal student profile data is sold or shared with storage providers.
• Institutional Access: Student academic records are visible only to authorized educators and administrators of the respective EduCraft Academy branch.
• Legal Disclosure: We disclose data only if required by a valid legal process, court order, or applicable law.

Users have full control over their personal data:

• Retention Period: We retain account and academic data only for as long as the student is enrolled or as long as required by EduCraft Academy for institutional record-keeping.
• How to Request Deletion: Users or guardians may request complete deletion of their account and associated personal data by emailing contact@eminentailabs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - EduCraft Academy".
• Processing Timeline: All verified deletion requests will be permanently processed and completed within 14 business days.
• Impact of Deletion: Deletion permanently removes profile credentials, direct identifiers, and personal academic histories from our active databases.

EduCraft Academy is an educational platform primarily serving middle school, secondary school (typically Grade 6 and above), and higher educational students:

• Institutional Governance: Student accounts are provisioned, authorized, and managed directly by the educational institution or with parental/guardian oversight.
• No Behavioral Profiling: We do not create behavioral profiles, serve targeted ads, or track student activity for commercial purposes.
• Parental & Guardian Rights: Parents or guardians can review or request deletion of their child's records at any time by contacting the school administration or emailing contact@eminentailabs.com.

• Industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• Role-based access controls ensuring strict separation of administrative, teacher, and student data.
• Encrypted credential and OAuth token storage.
