Welcome to the educational platform developed and operated by Eminent AI Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), powered by SplanDesk.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications (including the EduCraft Academy application), web platforms, administrative portals, AI services (such as Manasvi AI), and connected features (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you represent an educational institution, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.

The Service provides institutional educational management tools, including:

• Student, faculty, and branch administration for EduCraft Academy.
• Timetable generation, syllabus tracking, attendance management, and OMR test evaluations.
• Secure video lecture storage and playback via dedicated cloud streaming infrastructure.
• AI-assisted administrative task execution through Manasvi AI.
• Optional live lecture streaming integrations via official third-party APIs (including YouTube).

• Account Credentials: Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, passwords, and OTPs. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or misuse the application, or use the Service for any unlawful or infringing activity.
• Account Deletion: Users may request termination and permanent deletion of their account and personal data at any time by emailing contact@eminentailabs.com. Requests are processed within 14 business days.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate institutional policies or these Terms.

Platform IP: The software, mobile application code, user interfaces, branding, and proprietary AI workflows are the exclusive intellectual property of Eminent AI Labs.

User Content & Educational Data: EduCraft Academy and its enrolled users retain complete ownership of all uploaded content, including recorded lectures, test papers, student performance data, logos, and academic rosters.

• Service Provision: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
• AI Assistance: AI features provided by Manasvi AI serve as administrative and learning aids; critical academic and grading decisions should be verified by authorized educators.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eminent AI Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage, service downtime, or third-party outages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
